I love so many things about the holiday festivities, but for us the holiday season really revolves around the smallest members of our family! Since our little ones came to join us I've loved recreating a magical and nostalgic feeling at Christmas time. The kids help with making wonky glittery ornaments, decorating the tree, baking chocolate almond cakes and wrapping the presents in secret. All these little things come together to make family traditions and memories I hope they'll treasure. On Christmas Eve they are well and truly in the holiday spirit when they place their stockings at the end of their beds.
